Use our website to place your rental order. There is no need to come to the office or make a reservation over the phone. The website automatically shows product availability.

You can rent products from different categories in Renmost. Whether it's cleaning equipment, tools, gardening supplies, car accessories, sports equipment or entertainment. Our product range is constantly expanding.


Co-haulage in Tallinn
Rented items will be delivered to your home by Renmo courier (service only available in Tallinn). It is also possible to pick up the rented items at our self-service pick-up point at Madara 33 in Kristiina.


Easy contracting
There is no need to sign a paper contract to rent. After authenticating the user, it is sufficient to confirm the rental terms and conditions when placing the order.


Instructions for use
On each product page, you will find instructions on how to use the rented item to ensure that it runs smoothly. The instructions are available in both text and video format.


Payment methods
On our website you can pay by bank transfer (all major Estonian banks), card or Apple Pay / Google Pay.

Which products can be rented from Renmost?
We offer a wide range of rental products, including cleaning equipment (e.g. textile washers, steam cleaners), main equipment (speakers, tents, ice machines, etc.), hobby equipment (e.g. rally chairs, yard games, SUP tables), children's accessories, car accessories and tools. How can I place a rental order?
Find the item you want on our website. On the product page:
- Choose the mode of transport you want (overnight or self-delivery),
- Specify the rental period you want: select the start date and time and the end date and time. If the desired date or time is not selected, the item is already booked for that period (date shown in grey in the calendar).
- If you wish, select accessories (e.g. risk protection or cleaning tablets for textile laundry).
- Click on "Proceed with your order".
- If you want to rent more than one item at a time, go back to the page of the item you want to rent and repeat the process above.
- Fill in the data fields with the correct information. If you want to invoice a company, please also include the company name. NOTE: You may be asked for proof of identity when you receive the item.
- Choose the payment method you prefer (bank link, card payment or Apple Pay/Google Pay).
- Click on "Place an order".
- The order will be confirmed after payment. You will receive an e-mail and SMS confirming your order.
How do I collect the items I have rented?
You can pick up your rented products at our self-service dispenser in Tallinn Kristiine (address Madara 33). If you have chosen self-delivery as your delivery method, you will receive a door code after placing your order, which you can use to pick up the rented item yourself from our delivery point.
We offer courier services (including both delivery and collection) in Tallinn and its surroundings (including Viimsi, Laagri, Tabasalu, Peetri). If you want to rent several different items, please add the delivery to only one of the items, so that the price of the delivery is not applied twice. The rented items will be delivered to you at the beginning of the rental period (if you have chosen the Co-carriage delivery method) and will be collected at the end of the rental period.
How quickly can the rented products be collected / delivered?
We will do our best to ensure that you receive the rented items by the start date of the rental period you have chosen: in the case of self-delivery, you will receive the device with a code, and in the case of home delivery, the rented item will be delivered directly to your home by courier.
In certain cases, if the order is placed with less than 1 hour until the start of the rental period, delays may occur. If, for any reason, the pick-up/delivery is delayed, you will be contacted.
Where are you based?
Renmo's self-service dispenser is located at Madara 33 in Kristine (in the courtyard of the pink house). Please note that there is no physical customer service on site, the dispensing of products is automated (you will receive a code by SMS after placing your order).
Certain products are also dispensed from Karu Street in the city centre and Vesioina Street in Nõmme. The exact address and delivery instructions will be sent by SMS after the order is placed.
When are you open? What days and times are orders issued?
Renmo works every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Yes, you can also rent from us on weekends and public holidays!
NB! We do not have a shop with physical customer service. Equipment can be collected/returned at a self-service collection point or by courier.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes, but let us know as early as possible. If we receive a change or cancellation request less than 12 hours before the start of the rental period, we have the right to refuse a full refund - but don't worry, we'll find a solution!

How can I extend my subscription?
Let us know if you would like an extension by writing to info@renmo.eu or by calling +372 5191 9124. You can also try to make a new subscription for the desired period via the website first.
The extension can be paid for by bank transfer or, by agreement, in cash upon return of the item.
NB: Renewal may not always be possible if the item has already been re-booked by someone else.
How can I get an invoice for a company?
It's very easy! You can add your company name to the order just before payment.
How to use the equipment you rent?
Each product page contains instructions and tutorials: either text instructions, video instructions, official instructions or all of them at once. They will help you get the most out of your device!
Do I have to clean the rented products before returning them?
Yes, all products must be returned clean and in the same condition as received. The exception is the ice-cream maker, which we are responsible for cleaning.
What happens if a product breaks or disappears?
If an item you've hired gets damaged or lost, please let us know immediately so we can find a solution - there's often a quick solution to the problem and we can provide a replacement item so you don't miss a job or a party!
